Rye Crisp
2 cups - Unbleached flour
2 cups - Rye flour
2T - Shortening
1/4 - 1/2 tsp - Salt (to taste)
Mix ingredients and add enough warm water to make soft dough that will handle easily. Roll very thin. Bake in a heavy pan on top of stove or on a cookie sheet.

Lay in warm oven until crisp.
